license as it is private property. You do need to bring your
own fishing tackle. The pond has a catch and release policy. |

Yes! All the cabins are
completely smoke free. Facilities are provided on the decks
for smokers. Please be respectful and safe with your
cigarette butts. |

Do you have cable TV and
telephones? |

Yes, almost all of our
cabins have satellite reception with premium channels. They
all have DVD players and some have VCRs. Each cabin has a
telephone. The number will be given to you when you register
to leave for an emergency contact. You will need to use a
calling card for long distance calls out. You will probably
not be able to get cell phone reception at the cabins. |

No, hunting is strictly
prohibited as are guns or other weapons. |

for longer stays and also for frequently returning guests. |

No, there is a 6%
lodging tax added to each fee. |

What is your cancellation
policy? |

If cancellation is more
than 30 days before scheduled stay, there will be a 10% processing free.
Cancellation between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to stay will
receive a 75% refund. There is no refund for cancellation in less than
two weeks. There is no refund for inclement weather. In the
event of unforeseen circumstances, all guests are encouraged
to reschedule their visit at any time. |

Yes, during the week you
can stay one night. There is a 2 night minimum on the
weekends which can be Thursday and Friday or Friday and
Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. There is a 3 night minimum
on certain holiday weekends. |

supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap,
